A vow of partly cloudy
to partly sunny
for steamy summers
as stray thunder
rumbles above
skimpy summits
like punch-drunk antitrusts
conundrums setbacks struggles
disgruntled lovers
significantly exculpatory
romantic longing
re-opening doors for causes
that can no longer
be contained anymore
dragging fingernails
across chalkboards
in order to signal the right call
deemed feeling, “cautiously loyal”...
